Our Policy Guidelines

Please park in the backside parking area — free and unlimited. Front-side parking is drop-off only and a tow zone. Enter from the backside door or main entrance; the studio is on the 6th floor, reception on the left off the elevator. Complimentary coffee is available.

Please stop recording five minutes before your scheduled end time for a smooth transition. Need extra time? Request availability and complete payment before your session starts — additional time can't be guaranteed once recording begins.

Food and drinks are not permitted in the recording zone. Water bottles with secure lids are okay in designated areas. Please handle equipment responsibly — damage from misuse may result in additional charges.

We enforce a strict responsible content policy: no tobacco, drugs, alcohol, or harmful substances; no nudity or sexually explicit content; no violence, harassment, hate speech, or illegal activity.

Please avoid disruptive noise and follow studio staff instructions. The facility is smoke-free; keep exits clear. Brandyol Media isn't responsible for lost or unattended belongings, and misuse of equipment may result in additional charges.

You may request a copy of your recording data within 14 calendar days of your session date. After this 14-day window, your recording will be securely and permanently removed from our studio's records, so please make your request within this timeframe.

When a client books a service with Brandyol Media LLC, the booking confirms the client's commitment to the service and authorizes Brandyol Media to begin preparing, scheduling, and allocating resources.

Service bookings: Except for podcast studio bookings, payments are non-refundable once a service has been booked. Brandyol Media begins allocating time, staff, resources, and other costs based on each confirmed booking. Therefore, cancellation after booking does not create an automatic right to a refund.

Podcast Studio bookings: Studio time is reserved exclusively for the client once a booking is confirmed. Because the reserved time cannot normally be offered to another client on short notice, cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled booking are non-refundable. Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled booking may be eligible for a refund or rescheduling, subject to Brandyol Media's applicable booking terms.

If Brandyol Media is unable to provide a confirmed service for reasons within its control, the client may be eligible for a refund or alternative arrangement for the portion of the service that was not provided, as applicable.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

By booking a service, the client acknowledges and agrees to this Cancellation and Refund Policy.
